◦ Est. 2026 · Advisor Development
The standard behindbetter decisions.
A datum is the fixed point every measurement is taken from. This is the reference advisors work against: two arcs, six stages, and one certification that says the work was done to spec.
The sequence
01 · Establish
Facts
Nothing is designed before it is known. Discovery precedes recommendation, every time.
02 · Measure
Analysis
The numbers are run against the reference, not against a product sheet.
03 · Weigh
Judgment
Where the data stops, the advisor starts. Judgment is trained, not improvised.
04 · Place
Strategy
Proper placement, defensibly documented, and delivered the same way twice.
Architecture
Two arcs run under one standard.
One arc governs how an advisor moves a client from first contact to placed business. The other governs how the organization finds, selects, and develops the advisor. Same discipline, same sequence, different subject.
A · Client
The Blueprint Appointment™
Discovery → Case Design → Delivery
-
A.01
Blueprint Discovery™
Structured data gathering, fact-and-feeling technique, and the fact-finder set: individual, business-continuation, life intake, and annuity intake. The appointment where nothing is sold.
-
A.02
Blueprint Case Design™
Face amount first. The Legacy & Cashflow Blueprint quantifies the need across budget, debt, mortgage, and retirement before any product category is named.
-
A.03
Blueprint Delivery™
Placement, the underwriting submission kit, and the client report the Blueprint generates: a stage of the method rather than paperwork at the end of it.
B · Talent
The Development Arc
Observation → Selection → Development
-
B.01
Blueprint Observation™
Personal Observation and The Recruiter's Eye™: recruiting built on noticing capability in ordinary settings rather than screening résumés.
-
B.02
Blueprint Selection™
The candidate evaluation system and the advisor proposal: the point where a conversation becomes a measured decision about fit.
-
B.03
Blueprint Development™
The career progression framework, onboarding, and the leader development material that carries a new advisor to independent production.
Doctrine
A process. Not a product.
Most advisor training teaches what to say. The Datum Standard™ defines what must be established before anything is said at all, and then measures whether it was.
That is the difference between a curriculum and a standard. A curriculum is completed. A standard is met, and can be met again next quarter, by a different advisor, in front of a different client.
Certification
Live Voice Certification™
Knowing the method and being able to run it under live pressure are different things. Certification is the gate between them: a recorded voice simulation, scored against the same rubric every time, with a named standard to pass.
Scored dimensions
Instruments
The tools that carry the method.
Each instrument exists because a stage of the method needed to be measured rather than remembered. Access is issued to certified advisors and to licensed organizations.
T.01 · Blueprint
The Legacy & Cashflow Blueprint
The eight-step engine that runs the appointment: fact finder, budget, debt, mortgage, retirement, and coverage need, ending in a client-ready report.
T.02 · Analyzer
Retirement & Survivor Analyzer
Social Security claiming, survivor-benefit, and income-gap modeling. Stands alone, or establishes the assumptions the Blueprint runs on.
T.03 · Simulator
Live Voice Role-Play Simulator
Voice-driven client scenarios that respond in real time, scored against the certification rubric. Practice and the exam use the same instrument.
T.04 · Library
The Role-Play Library
Seven client cases across six levels, from a first income build to a buy-sell design. The catalog keeps growing, so the exam case stays unseen.
T.05 · Worksheets
Fact-Finder Library
Individual, business-continuation, life intake, and annuity intake instruments.
T.06 · Submission
Underwriting Case Kit
Cover letter, financial justification, and case executive summary templates.
T.07 · Guide
Advisor Field Guide
The whole method in reference form, indexed for use during a case.
T.08 · Facilitation
Facilitator Deck
What a leader runs a session from: the stage material, the discussion prompts, and the debrief structure for a live training block.
T.09 · Scorecard
Leader Certification Scorecard
The instrument leaders use to measure an advisor against the standard, aggregated across a team and tracked over time.
